Updated CAS form

January 2012-  CAS would like to announce that an updated version of the general CAS form is now available.  This can be downloaded from the Resources page. We have added a few extra questions which will help us to process the forms more smoothly, including a checklist on the back which will be used to indicate  what the applicant's role involves.  

The CAS form for the Diocese of Oxford has not changed.
